Return & Refund Policy
Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completle satasfied, please contact customer servives within 28 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. In order to recieve a refund the following conditions apply.
The goods are unused.
The goods are returned unopened within their original packaging.
The return is made within 28 days of the date of purchase of the goods.
The goods must be accompanied by the original order confirmation so we know who to refund.Please note any shipping charges incurred will not be refunded.
Return of Allegedly Defective Goods
We will replace any defective goods recieved. Please note all shipping costs for the return of goods will be borne by you. Allow 28 days for us to process your return when received by us. You are responsible for the risk of any loss or damage of goods upon receipt of delivery of the goods by you and while they are in transit to us. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning goods. Title and risk to goods shall pass back to us when received by us. We cannot accept or refund goods purchased anywhere other than on this website.
When the goods are received by us they shall be assessed by our sales Department. If the sales Department determines that the goods are defective such that you are entitled to a refund under law we shall offer you a refund, or replacement in respect of them. In the event that the sales Department determines that the good(s) are not defective you shall be notified accordingly and the return of the good(s) to you shall be arranged, the cost of such return shall be borne by you.
Goods shall not be considered defective if the alleged defect arose due to:
The customer damaging the goods on opening of the packaging.
Damage by fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence or abnormal use or storage of the goods.
The customer altering the goods.
Non-Returnable
The product must be in sealed and unused condition.
Please note that this returns policy only applies to the original purchaser of the goods.
SHIPPING
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND FREE DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Mon-Fri). Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Items will be shipped Standard delivery with An Post unless tracked delivery is chosen.
If your item is listed as ‘in stock online’ it is usually ready to ship straight away. In this instance where we have to cancel or delay your order, even if you have received your confirmation email, we will let you know as soon as we are aware of an issue.
Delivery dates are estimated and we are unable to accept any liability for delays which may be outside our control
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched
We offer free delivery to Ireland
For all other destinations, we charge standard An Post fee's. Tracked delivery can be chosen at the time of ordering. Postal charge start off at €3 pending on the weight and size, and your location. Charges will be calculated at checkout.
All our parcels are delivered via An Post. In the case of a failed delivery attempt the parcel will be placed at your local hub for collection or returned to us if they cannot make a delivery. We will not refund postal charges if items are returned for this reason.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that we do not currently ship to any country not offered on our website.
International deliveries take around 1 week for the UK, and 1-2 weeks for all other countries. See An Post for standard postal times regarding your country.
