SHIPPING POLICY

If you decide you want to return your Equibuff Horse grooming sponge. We offer a full refund on unopened items which are returned within 28 days of purchase. We will not refund any postal charges incurred.

In the unlikely event that the item is faulty or damaged please contact us and we will exchange your item.

Open items cannot be returned or refunded. This does not effect your statutory rights

Our standard International shipping rates are very competetive starting at €2.00 pending on destination. Prices will be calculated at checkout.

Tracked postage is offered at a higher rate.

We use An Post for all our postal requirements. We aim to post your item within 24 hours of ordering or the next working business day.

Our delivery times are based on An Post standard times.

We do not refund postage on returns. Standard post is untracked. We cannot be responsible for untracked items.
